Why TCHI?

Our patent-pending method uses two-color interfereometry for real-time phase measurements.

TCHI is a compact turn-key portable system that non-intrusively measures line-integrated electron density at an unprecedented rate of 10~100 MHz.

Our patent-pending method uses two-color interfereometry for real-time phase measurements. The detection limit of the electron number density is on the order of 1013~1014 cm-3, dependent on the effective measurement configuration.

Ideally suited for measurements in ionized flows and plasmas in extremely short duration test facilities such as shock-tubes and tunnels, arc jet test facilities, tokamaks, stellarators, etc.
